Hi, I'm Helen

Founder of The Crew Elevation

I’m also a wife, a proud mum of two teenage girls, and someone who’s spent over 25 years working in the skies, from commercial airlines to the world of private jets.

Throughout my career, I’ve worn many hats: flight attendant, trainer, recruiter, and manager. I’ve had the privilege of training and mentoring dozens of cabin crew members, helping them step confidently into their dream roles in corporate and VIP aviation.

In my twenties, I made the bold decision to pivot from commercial to private aviation, a move that came with a steep learning curve, plenty of uncertainty, and more than a few setbacks. I know what it feels like to want more from your career but not know where to start.
